A little bit about Jerry Savoie..
Jerry grew up in Luling, LA, the oldest of 5 children. An avid hunter, Jerry always spent time in the outdoors. If there was anything that rivaled his passion for the outdoors, it was racing. He was drag racing motorcycles at a young age, and in the late 70's and early 80's, he was a fixture at dragstrips from Texas to Alabama, setting several E/T records along the way.
He put racing on hold in order to raise his family in the early 80's, but people that know him can tell you the competitive fires never quit burning. Anytime someone bought a new boat, Jet Ski, Wetbike, or anything else that went fast, you can believe that Jerry was not only the first one to figure out how to drive it, but also how to drive it faster than anyone else.
Fast forward 30 years later and that passion for racing still burns. Jerry now resides in Cutoff, LA with his wife Vonnie and his son Gerald.
